Utots training transfer exchange

Hi i just got lamine yamal the tots form i was wishing to upgrade it mind u it was level 30 training but your server didnt successfully transferred its training to other player so I LOST ALL TRAINING FOR HIM SO NOW I DONT HAVE ANY FOR THE UTOTS please give me compensation this is forreal

    Exchanges do not transfer training. You need to move it to another player before you exchange the card.
