Vs attack gets disconnecting causing me to lose stars

I've experienced repeated "server lost connection" errors specifically in VS Attack mode, not in other Division Rivals modes. Out of my last 4 VS Attack matches, only 2 completed normally — the other 2 disconnected mid-match with a server connection error.

Each disconnect resulted in a loss being recorded and a Star deducted, despite the disconnect being server-side, not a connection issue on my end. I did not have a Star Shield active at the time to protect against this.

Mode affected: VS Attack (VSA) only — Head to Head and other modes unaffected

Frequency: 2 out of 4 recent matches

Result: 2 Stars lost total

My connection: stable, verified no issues with other apps/games during this time

Current Rank/Division: World Class 4

Please investigate the server-side disconnect issue in VS Attack and restore the 2 Stars lost due to this bug, since they were not lost through normal gameplay.
