Since yesterday, I've been trying to buy anything from the webstore, and this message keeps popping up. How do I deal with it?

Unable to make purchases on the fc website online. Please fix this problem immediately and resolve this matter so that I can make online purchases.

Same issue here FC mobile coda shop Italy ..all the day that I cannot buy the Daily boudle powerup.. tried why visa and Google play all endings up whit : requirements not met pop up .. meanwhile I can buy everything else on the shop .

I ve been trying to buy it since 12 am and everytime i got the same error, at first, i tried checking it with other offers and got the same error, the error wrote "Im sorry, ; The requirements were not met. Read the instructions." , but after testing more offers it seemed that they worked just fine, i waited a bit until the "pending purchase" thing got reset, tried again, and got the same error.
I searched the forums here for a while and i haven t really seen anyone experiencing the same problem i have.
maybe worth mentioning that i tried to get the same error again, and it worked with the Daily FP offer worth of 1 dollar.
