Weekly Quest

I completed the weekend challenge today but the quest which clearly stated "Join a weekend challenge" didn't get completed which had the reward of 30 shards . No reward can be received because it shows the quest hasn't been completed even though it has been done by me in the same account which stops the progress of weekly quest
