"Why can’t I put the 113 Yashin into the exchange???? - Ballon d'Or event

check the vid I have the card in my inventory but still it doesn't show up in the exchange. ea pls do something🙏🏻

I am unable to use my 112 OVR Ballon d’Or player in the Exchange section. The exchange requires a 112 OVR Ballon d’Or player, but when I open the slot, my player does not appear as an eligible option.

The card is untradeable (obtained from [pack/event/reward – fill this in if you know]).

It is a genuine 112 OVR Ballon d’Or card.

I have restarted the game, cleared cache, and confirmed my app is up to date, but the issue still persists.

Same problem but with G. Best. First pulled tradable then untradable. Wanted to change untradable to exchange for R. Carlos but game won’t recognize the second untradable Best. Only with tradable. Trash. Bugs. Verry anoying.

So only the tradable one can be put in? That’s such a scam. You put in the tradable, and then it can even give you back the same card, but untradable, while you also lose the coins. Sure, right now you can’t sell him, but eventually everyone becomes sellable. I also have 2 Yashins, I’d put one into the exchange hoping to get Eusebio, but I definitely won’t put in the tradable one. Such a scam, thanks EA.
