So, we finally got thoroughly ignored through the end of the exchange. It expires in a couple of hours and our poor CM is still "waiting for an answer". This really sucks.

Same here bro, when I try to raise a concern to EA support team, they said to post about it here later their dev team check this thread and resolve it. Any dev checking this thread please make 112 and 113 cards available for exchange
