Incorrect image led to accidental exchange to Extra Time Tokens

Question

I accidentally exchanged my 112 Donnarumma (trained to blue grade) for Extra Time Tokens, it showed up as a 99 Azaz (Code: Neon) instead. I reported it in-game over 24 hours ago but haven’t heard anything back yet.

I know many others are having the same issue, but it doesn’t seem to be getting resolved. We’ve all put in time, effort, and money into these cards, so it would be great if the EA Team could share an update, even if your team decided not to compensate for the mistake, a short announcement would really help.

The EA team still hasn’t given any update on this issue, and I’m not sure if I should use the extra time tokens yet.

So many of us have reported that our issues aren’t being handled. Not sure if we should escalate this. We all spent money and so much effort into this, and they treating us loyal players like jokes now
