Why doesn't my League receive any player applications any more?

You, EA, transferred ownership of my League to me as an Admin as the actual owner had not played the game for 30 days. That was about 4 days ago and since then we have not received any player applications. We now have only 3 players so can't even play Tournaments. You, EA are costing us rewards every day you do nothing to fix this! I can't see that anything has changed with my profile except I am called owner, I was expecting more options in things like the Application section. EA please sort this as a matter of urgency. This is my 3rd attempt to get you to do your job!!!
