Why is Star Pass Points exchange missing from the store?

They never reply 🤦🏻‍♂️ and neither do they update things without replying. Now the event is ending and by the end of the event, I will be short of by 42 ucl tokens for getting a 117 live ovr player which will haunt me a lot man. I mean, if they bring back this exchange before the event ends, I can easily get those tokens.
