Why my account is so unlucky

 I have 0 luck in my account im playing this game more than 3 years but i have no luck in stra scouting or the toty draft i opened 70 drafts but i got none of the polo A players the game getting ridicilous please help i want to keep playing this game but when i got no good players it looks like Pay to win
