Wrong officiating

My opponent do bad tackles but they won't get warned but mine will only push I'll be given red card, I hardly win they ball with ground tackles, my players are too weak they easily fall whenever my opponent comes closer to my players, after ranking my players to 120 OVR, trand them to 50 yet they run too slow, I've done everything you guys ask me to do yet know changes,this game is really trash 🗑️
