My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account? totally unacceptable without any warning how EA can ban older user accounts from playing FC Mobile since For a very long time, I have not been doing any violence or any harassment. to the other user, please help to get my account .

Apologies, we can't through the EA forums, but it'd be good to have our Terms of Service team double-check that for you. You can reach them using the steps I've pinned to the top of this thread. The steps are a bit different for mobile players and don't require using the Penalty History.
