Facebook linked to wrong account – lost my original game

Question

Hello EA Support,&nbsp;I recently linked my Facebook account to EA SPORTS FC MOBILE 24, but instead of loading my old account, it created a new one.&nbsp;My original User ID is: 122134795346741288&nbsp;I want to recover my original account and progress. The Facebook account I linked should be the same one I originally used to log in.&nbsp;Thank you in advance.

It's great that you've kept a copy of the original User ID!&nbsp;Contact our support team directly and share your User ID. They’ll use it to locate your account and will do their best to get you back in the game if they can.&nbsp;
