115 LB Bale

Yes, the game is full of hackers/leaks and it doesn't look like Bale is going to be available. Pushes the overall event into a negative for me. I thought the other two frozen fortune players (115 Ribery and 115 Iniesta) were both available for shard exchange in previous events, which confuses things. I could be wrong though. Looks like we are going to have to get used to more and more of the best players being behind "the paywall" as they try and squeeze more money out of us

Whatever is behind "the paywall" isn't typically available in the shard exchange. At least I have never seen that since shards' intro (nor seen anything similar in the past with various event currencies).
Wait till week 4 to see what happens (or some of the leaks might have an answer for you).
