Accidental account deletion - stuck in website loop, need team recovery."

Hello Community Managers,

​I accidentally used the in-game account deletion tool on my main FC Mobile account today. When I try to use help.ea.com to contact an advisor, the website glitches and keeps sending me into an endless loop on my account info settings page instead of letting me open a live chat.

  

​I do not have my original UID, but I have my official EA Account Number: [CM edit – UID removed for your safety. Please never post it on public forums.] 

​I have attached a screenshot of my exact team to prove ownership. Here are the specific team variables to help you locate my profile on the server backend:

​Team OVR: 122 (4-3-3 Attack formation)

​Exact Squad Value: 73,270,000,000 coins

​Team Crest: Inter Miami CF

​Key Players: 122 Henry, 122 Messi, 124 Rice, 123 Olise, 122 Gabriel, 120Alisson.

Please help me get in touch with an advisor who can manually restore my squad files using my EA Account details. Thank you.

    Hi. Unfortunately, we can't help with account recovery or account-related issues here on the forums. Please contact our support team through the Customer Service option in FC Mobile (Settings - Customer Service), as they'll be able to review your account.

    If you're having trouble logging in because the Help site keeps looping, try temporarily changing your device's default web browser (for example, switching from Chrome to Edge or Firefox) and then open the Customer Service link again.

    Thanks for your reply now as you said i am gonna follow and open customer care service in a different browser and try

    Hi EA_Pulsar, I tried using the in-game and web support options like you suggested, but the automated chat bot completely blocks and closes my request instantly because the account was deleted. The web store ticket team also told me they can't handle it. Please help me escalate this to a human manager! My EA Account Number is 1081814006986121216."
