@prizelol007 yes, unfortunately the system of switching between accounts has limited to no safeguards, so erroneous account deletions do occur.
Some possible solutions (albeit limited),
1) the account you lost was backed up via Facebook, Game Center or such. In this case, just repeat the selection process and breathe a sigh of relief. If
2) the account was not backed up (I.e. guest account), the account is lost, for now. Hopefully you noted down your account number. It’s available in settings, top row, UID. With that you can contact customer service. Once you explain the situation to them, produce maybe a purchase receipt or two and are persistent, polite and patient, EA will eventually return your account or at least equivalent value of what was lost to a new account. If,
3) you don’t know the account number, then account retrieval will likely be impossible. The best you can hope for then is return of equivalent value ( this happened to me in season 2 of fifa mobile).

@prizelol007 That’s unfortunate. I am assuming my option 3 applies in your case. Before you embark on the customer service journey think about if what you lost is worth the hassle (like super high ovr team >97 or significant purchases lost). If yes, give it a shot, but it may take 2-3 months. If no, this season is built for casuals and you likely catch up within a few weeks. TOTY will provide ample opportunities to rebuild a new account.
Season 2 (fifa mobile 2017/18) was very different. It was all gameplay grind based and you lost significant ground. I had to redo all the challenges and there were A LOT, and some were hard. No autoplay like nowadays. I was pissed off as hell but it turned out to be the best time I have had in the game. Good luck.
