Incorrect UID in redeem FC mobile website

I have only one EA account. I log in to the website: https://redeem.fcm.ea.com and see the UID displayed. Meanwhile, my UID in FC Mobile is a different UID.

Hey there. Are you sure that the page does not automatically log you in to a different profile? Try logging in from a new incognito tab to check your credentials.

I opened an incognito tab but the account still has a different UID. I am sure I logged in with the correct email.

Please follow this link and use the in-game help to submit your case. The team will then check the user ID linked with your account to compare it with your profile.
