Same Old Division Rivals Move Down Mistake by EA

Just when it looked like the Captains event is really good, EA **bleep** on us once again. I have been moved down from FC Champion to World Class V in a new division rival season once again while I am supposed to be starting from Legendary V.

The last time around EA admitted there was an error moving down players in the new season of Division Rivals and gifted compensatory rewards with the promise of fixing the issue and moving down players just 5 mini-divisions. But the same issue has occured once again. What's th excuse now? And no compensatory reward would be appreciated. Fix this **bleep** right now.

I am attaching screenshots of the issue and since I don't have an SS of being in FC Champion last season, I am attaching the SS of my profile details as a proof which also has the profile pic of FC Champion Ragnarok.

Well got the compensation from EA and 300 shards is extremely good. Yet, the problem remains that compensations won't work all the time. Need proper solution to the issues.

On the finish of last season i was in rank Champion in Rivals - Vs Attack and Manager mode. After begining of new season i was downgraded to division "World class V". That is more then 5 mini divisions what was wrotten in game manual. Previous season was same problem

Last season i had Fc champion in both Vs Attack and Manager mode. In the game info there is specified that at the end of the season you get relegated up to 5 mini divisions. I got relegated to World class 5, which is 10 divisions down. This also happened last season, and we got a compensation. They had 6 weeks to fix this and did not. We expect a even bigger compensation. And also, this seasons matchmaking is a complete disaster: I currently have 113 ovr, and, from the reset today i managed to play for like an hour and a half and i only got to world class 3, because, i am being matchmaked with players that appear to be world class but they are actually Fc champion with 10+ stars, and ovr ranging from 111 to 115.This is completely unfair and broken, Last season was much better, and even the event rewards. This season took a really bad turn and the game is going down, after 2 perfect seasons, which still had bugs but less annoying , this is the worst season possible. Not to mention the 4000 shards 111 player , while last event we could get one for 1000.

Same here mate, I don't think the bug was rectified. Also just want to check if anyone had issues with league tokens allocation. We got way lower than expected like 125k expected but got 27k

Check if someone left the league before reset. If you had under 100 players thats the cause

In the latest season, my division rivals have been downgraded to the amateur but in the previous season, I played at the champion . As usual, when the new season started after the latest update, I was demoted. But this morning, I logged in to play and found myself at the amateur . I've tried the solutions the game recommended, but nothing has changed. Has anyone else experienced this?

hmm.. is it possible that maybe you played in another Game like manager mode or H2H, or checked those? if not, i feel your frustration. i was real mad that i got relegated to world class instead of Legendary again (like EA had one chance to fix it and didn't 😑), but they did claim they would fix it before next season reset, so just grind your way back up and hope that EA doesn't screw u over again.
