Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hello EA Terms of Service Team,

My EA account has been banned with error code [0x00102710]. I believe this ban was applied by mistake.

I would like to confirm that I have never used any cheating software, third-party tools, exploits, or any method that violates EA’s Terms of Service.

I suspect the ban might have been triggered automatically due to unusual login activity or a security-related issue.

I kindly request a full review of my account and reconsideration of this ban.
