Account suspended

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to respectfully appeal the one-month suspension on my FC Mobile account.

I have always tried to play fairly and have never used cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or any third-party software that violates the game's Terms of Service. I was genuinely surprised to receive this suspension.

I believe the suspension may have been triggered because I scored 15 goals in a VS Attack match. However, I would like to explain the situation. My opponent was using a team with approximately 90 OVR, while my team was 125 OVR. Due to the significant OVR difference, it was natural for me to create more chances and score a high number of goals. I simply played the match normally and did not manipulate the game in any way.

I kindly request that you manually review my account and the match in question. If there has been any misunderstanding or false detection, I would greatly appreciate having the suspension removed.

I value fair play and enjoy FC Mobile, and I would never intentionally violate EA's rules.
