AGAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN, DISSCONECTED FROM THE GAME

I have an internet speed of 300MBPS from 5G wifi, but if I play FC Mobile I keep disconnecting from the game and making my division rival's ranking continue to drop because I can't continue the match, but when I play other online games I can get a signal at 3-11 MS, very different from the FC Mobile game where sometimes the ping can soar to several hundred MS

  • Latency on EA servers is a currently known problem, and we are still waiting for EA to provide further update (they acknowledged it on X and Discord). There is no need to create new posts about the same issue that has been ongoing since the Anniversary launch.

    On a side note, signal strength is not the same as ping or latency. Signal strength shows how close your device is to the cell tower or your WiFi antenna. A stronger signal means more capacity and bandwidth, but it does not guarantee low latency. Latency depends on network conditions and server location and measures the time it takes for data packets to travel from your device to the server and back. In other words, signal strength relates to connection quality and reliability, while latency is about the speed of data transfer. Both affect your online experience but in different ways.

    Until whenn? Until the game is dead? Bro come on, i got again this problem, what they doing on maintance? Ea can't fix this problem? I losing again and again my stars, my stars on road to 20 but THIS BUG make me depresion because my stars fallen again, top up with lot money and i can't get enjoying the game, **bleep** this **bleep** dump game

    Its a complex problem to resolve with a lot of considerations to take in, its not as easy as spin up some new VM servers and connect more peer links. We dont the design and scalability nor know how long its gonna take it so it is what it is.

    Better communication would be appreciated which is what EA clearly fails with on the matter but ranting and venting wont speed it up. Take a deep breath, its only a game lol.

    “It's just a game.” Which is actually a casino that thrives on the frustration of its players. Hahaha. You're very dishonest in all your comments. Do you sleep well at night? The game is terrible, and we know it's not for everyone. Or do YouTubers lie about gameplay? 

  • For two days now, my team hasn't been able to keep the ball. It's unbearable. They lose the ball all the time, misplaced passes, and look, everything was fine until a few days ago. EA does it to annoy us. Every time I'm about to get a higher score... my connection drops and I lose the game.

    Lol, yes, it’s just a game. Whether you see it as a football sim or a card-collecting RNG slot machine, that’s what it is. A game. Nothing else. Hypothetically, if EA shut the game down tomorrow, would anything important happen? No. Life goes on.
    Not even going to touch the ethics of pack luck because we all see what’s in the game.

    I stated facts without emotion or agenda, and definitely not dishonestly. Having worked in IT and networks for a long time, I’ve got a decent idea of what EA has to consider when dealing with the two elephants in the room: latency and gameplay. It’s not a case of plugging in a server or two, then adding a few links so everything magically works. Same with gameplay. The significant issues aren’t fixed by pasting in a new random code and hoping for the best. If it were that simple, the issues would’ve been gone weeks ago. 

    I’ve explained how networks, cloud, and virtual systems work in the context of the game plenty of times, because it’s clear that a lot of people posting here don’t get it. And that’s fine, not everyone is tech-savvy. But if you don’t understand how it works, don’t go around throwing accusations at others or acting like someone’s being dishonest just because they’re not yelling about it the same way you are.

    Which brings me to another point. You clearly missed my earlier responses in the feedback thread about the update being an overall regression. With the game state as it is now, PVP is a waste of time. H2H is broken. VSA isn’t far behind. I just log in, tick boxes, and log out (keeps the league happy and competitive). Until EA ends up fixing things, whenever that is, there’s no point doing more. Definitely not worth stressing about something I have zero control over.

    No one is forcing you to play. If you’re frustrated that the game is far from a desired state, or that a few influencers or randoms got better pulls, that’s for you to manage. Maybe step back for a bit and get some other perspectives, because constantly venting about things outside your control isn’t great for your mindset.

    Food for thought. Take a breath, go for a walk, do some reading on the subject, and then maybe try posting something constructive instead of barking at the moon. 2c

    Yes, I know this is "just a game", but when I'm in the real life I'm tired and want to enjoy the game, but in the game, I get even more dizzy because of the many problems in the game. How else can I relieve my fatigue? Well, you can only talk without knowing how everyone feels.

    then why do you comment on people without knowing their feelings? i laugh seeing you comment on everyone who complains, everyone HAS THE RIGHT to complain because they might have top up on their game, do you work at ea sport? or not? if yes listen to every player's complaints, if not it's really funny that you comment on people who are complaining lol.

    If you realize it is just a game, then treat it like one, not something your life depends on. This is a game forum, not an EA hate bandwagon diary. There is etiquette. You can complain all you want, but do it constructively. Stick to facts and skip the dramatic rants and conspiracy theories. EA is not out to get you personally. They see players as account numbers (UID) and follow a business plan to maximise revenue. The ethics of loot packs is another debate, but it is standard across mobile games with microtransactions.

    Feelings do not make feedback more valid, in fact, emotions weaken your argument. Posting trash game or threatening to quit for the tenth time, like you or x611x9dg462h​ said, is not feedback. It is just venting and joining the EA hate bandwagon with no direction. Both of you actually had a few decent points EA should hear, but they are buried under all the rant noise and evident lack of infrastructure/hardware/network understanding (your wording states that).

    And no, I do not work for EA. If I did, they would have a proper QA report by now. But I am not doing unpaid labour for a billion-dollar publisher. What is funny, though, is you want your rants to be heard, but if someone plays devil's advocate, challenges both the venters and the EA, along the side of providing constructive feedback, but does not scream with the mob, nor agrees with your agenda, suddenly they are not allowed to post according to you. So, only outrage counts, matching your point of view? Riiiight, thats not how the world works.... :)

    If this game is supposed to help you unwind but just makes you angry, take a break, seriously. Screentime will not fix burnout. And if the issue runs deeper, talk to someone trained for that, not this forum. That is an honest suggestion, not a dig.
