Since the update to anniversary the gameplay AI has become more difficult which is expected. What I can't fathom is why the struggle between an 85 OVR team (AI) vs 104+ Team (user) is a competition with that large of a range difference.
Recently played Frank lampard Main Icons match which is professional and it was challenging as 104+ (mainly 30 Trained players) team performed terribly unable to outrun, out maneuver the 85 OVR team (player status 6 Trained)
Worse of all 104 players unable to defend or catch break away attempts, goal keepers out of position and unable to make simple saves.
The disparity between OVR and training should not allow a team to be this challenging.
I won but wow something is off!
Got to penalty shootouts again in the Weekend Challenge after two retries…
Only to find them winning again.
Oh how I suddenly dislike this game.
