Unfairness to my account

Bro EA don't care about us!! They didn't read this complain!!!! Because from last year till now nothing change on the gameplay!! The way is going more worst !!!   Scam... robbery....like a slot machine!!!

It can feel a bit sucky when others are getting good drops, but the drop probability will be the same for you as it is for any other player, regardless of whether they are free to play or not. The probability of pack drops is the same for everyone. This means no one is given a better chance than others to get better items from packs. All accounts have the same chance to make sure it's fair for everyone. 

For example; If you flip a coin three times and get heads each time, you still have a 50% chance of getting heads if you flip the coin again. This 50% chance is the same for you as it would be for anyone else who flips the coin.

I don't want to flip a coin, I don't want to spin a wheel.  I came here to play football not gamble.    

Reality is, since the late great Amt (Peter) passed away the players havent had a voice.  He was such a great man, a gamer first, an EA employee second.  His moto was make the game fun, and when it wasn't he fought so hard to make it so.  The game has lost its soul.  So sad.  I've been playing since 2016, and it's never been as low as it is now.  Heartbreaking
