Allow Players to Configure Automatic Substitutions (Quality of Life Improvement)

Hello EA FC Mobile Team,

I really like the automatic substitution feature, however, I think there is one important limitation that could be improved.

Currently, the game decides on its own which substitute replaces each player. This becomes a problem with players who can play multiple positions.

For example, I have Ribéry, who can play both CAM and LW. I keep him on the bench mainly because I want him to replace my starting CAM. However, the automatic substitution system almost always uses him to replace my LW instead, which is not how I planned to use him.

My suggestion is simple:

Add an option in the Squad screen that allows players to assign automatic substitutes before the match.

For example, each starting player could have one (or even two) preferred replacement(s). When that player becomes tired, the game would automatically make the substitution according to the user's choice instead of its own logic.

This would:

• Give players more tactical control.
• Make automatic substitutions smarter without making them more complicated.
• Allow multi-position players to be used exactly where the user intends.
• Improve the overall gameplay experience without affecting game balance.

This is a small quality-of-life feature, but I believe it would make automatic substitutions much more useful and enjoyable for everyone.
