Allowing Transferrable players to be exchanged to shards

Hi EA, I’ve just bought in a number of 114 TOTS players in hopes of getting more shards, but the option is not available.

would it be possible for the allowing of such, that is to be able to convert transferrable players for shards. I saw in a previous posts, that I am not the only player with such a problem.
