Bad customer service experience

I am facing a bad customer experience recently regatding the new retor star event. In retro arcade, u should collect retro star token to play ur daily quest, but ur daily quest cannotnbe play after 1st win on each level(since lvl 1). But it did show after 1st win award andbafter 2nd win reward in the game and also a play again button. Which mean it can be continuebto play again. Aspecially with the star token that u claim on daily basis. If it cannot be play again. Thats mean there are no daily quest at all and ur daily claim retro star token are just a waste of time. I asked 2 time in ur cuatomer services and 2 times ur customer services representative are not able to resolve this and just give reason that each level is unlock on each week, if im looking for next level pls wait. Im not asking for next level, im asking for what is the retro star token for and the daily quest that ur retro token to use to atart the daily quest. I only start playing ur ed fc mobile game this yr yet every time ur new event start, there always have issue. Ur programing or design department is really not doing a great job. It seem like u might need a new batch of group to really have passion in this game to make it a success. If u have passion, u will make this game a wow instead of so many complaint as i can read online. Please do look into it if u r serious abt this game.

  • This looks like one of those usual design failures that appears in every event.

    Don't bother about it, the event is designed to be played 15 mins weekly once. Time saving isn't it? 😃

  • @8tebk266yedb If you don’t win all the way through on the first attempt, then it opens the next day and you get another go at it.

    If you have completed it all the way through, then you can play week two by clicking the week two button (it unlocked on Thursday)

    The daily quests are associated with the challenge mode, icons chapter and collecting the daily token - they do not involve the retro path.

    I actually like this format, I don't want to spend time daily on this game.

    If what you said is correct. Then this retro star was very miss leading the player. If u cannot play again why is there a after 2nd win reward. As u cannot get the 2nd win reward if u atleast win 1 time or the 1st time. Either you just finding a way to give me an answer or retro star is miss leading. As ur customer service did replied to me before that it might be device issue. Just to let u know i replied that i play the game with same account on both android and ios devices. Is not about i like this format or that format. Is u wanna finish the whole event yet information given is miss leading or ur rules wasnt very clear. Please look into in the future. And also looking into ur customer service, please do not replied that ur customer service had limitation hence what they can do is limited. If they cant find a solution cant they escalate to they leader or manager? Rather than replied any answer which not related to the problem just to get the case close.

    @8tebk266yedb If you fail to complete the whole path (ie. you fail the second match) then the path is locked and re-opens the next day.

    You then need to complete the whole path again, which means that you will have to replay the initial skill game and the first match, as well as the second match that you have not yet completed.

    When you are completing something for a second time you get lesser rewards.

    Unfortunately customer service has knowledge of account issues, but not so much individual game play - the advice they gave you about device issues is not correct and this will be passed on to them - they try to help out, but on gameplay they just refer you here so that people who actually play the game can provide assistance.

    The event itself is not the clearest - and that information has been passed back on to the design team.

    @mendozzamagic You sure about repeating everything? If repeating gets us into position to get the same rewards again then we can manipulate to get higher amount of retro points like that. Or we just repeat everything and we get only rewards we haven't already claimed?
  • @Sanyosa You get the main rewards when you complete it the first time - if you fail any aspect then you start again the next day, but fir each aspect that you had previously completed, you get something like 1,000 coins when you completed it again in your attempt to complete the path.

    You also don’t get the vanity item for completely each path in one attempt
