Bad customer service experience
I am facing a bad customer experience recently regatding the new retor star event. In retro arcade, u should collect retro star token to play ur daily quest, but ur daily quest cannotnbe play after 1st win on each level(since lvl 1). But it did show after 1st win award andbafter 2nd win reward in the game and also a play again button. Which mean it can be continuebto play again. Aspecially with the star token that u claim on daily basis. If it cannot be play again. Thats mean there are no daily quest at all and ur daily claim retro star token are just a waste of time. I asked 2 time in ur cuatomer services and 2 times ur customer services representative are not able to resolve this and just give reason that each level is unlock on each week, if im looking for next level pls wait. Im not asking for next level, im asking for what is the retro star token for and the daily quest that ur retro token to use to atart the daily quest. I only start playing ur ed fc mobile game this yr yet every time ur new event start, there always have issue. Ur programing or design department is really not doing a great job. It seem like u might need a new batch of group to really have passion in this game to make it a success. If u have passion, u will make this game a wow instead of so many complaint as i can read online. Please do look into it if u r serious abt this game.
