Thanks for reaching out but, I'm sorry, you're on the community boards. We aren't able to help with bans and neither would the support team.

You're looking for our Terms of Service team. They can look into a ban or suspension for you if you believe there was some sort of mix-up. This guide will share how to reach out to them and includes some advice on filling out the web form to appeal to it.
