Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hello everyone,

 

I’m writing here because I recently encountered an issue with my account in FC Mobile and I’m hoping someone from the community or support team can help or guide me.

 

On April 3, 2026, at around 14:00, I tried to log into my account and received a message indicating that my account has been banned. Unfortunately, I do not understand the reason for this ban. I have always tried to follow the game’s rules and play fairly.

 

This account is very important to me, and I have invested a significant amount of time (and also purchases) into building my team. Losing access like this is really frustrating, especially without knowing what caused it.

 

I have already contacted support and sent them all the required details along with a screenshot of the error message. At the moment, I am waiting for their response.

 

In the meantime, I wanted to ask:

 

  • Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
  • Were you able to recover your account?
  • Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process or clarify the issue?

 

 

Any help, advice, or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
