Why my team is less than useless in Manager Mode? Highest I've got to is 3 stars and currently sat on 0 stars with no signs of actually winning anytime soon. Also my pack luck is beyond garbage, 109 is highest I've packed while I've seen friends get 3 x 111s.
Or is that just the way the cookie crumbles?
Same thing happens to me. Manager mode is total trash. It’s bad enough that the Manager Mode match simulations don’t resemble actual football, but the fact that the controls do NOTHING is the real kicker. Can’t decide if it’s more disrespectful to us or to the game we love.
And when you watch how dumb the Manager Mode simulations are it helps explain why H2H sucks so badly because it’s the same idiotic AI that you have to arm wrestle when you encounter the inevitable H2H lag.
The bottom line is that EA has lost its way. There’s no longer any pride in the old “if it’s in the game, it’s in the game” motto. To my eyes FC Mobile isn’t even attempting to offer fun football matchplay. It’s all set up around collecting cards (because that’s where EA makes their money) and the actual gaming experience is a total afterthought.
You Need to make perfect personalization tactics, you can get it on YouTube, X... or some other sites

For 41212 or 433 formations tactics here in this link work good mate.. I use them with a few tweaks and it's decent win/loss ratio https://www.fcmobileforum.com/mm-tactics
You can check some reddits or YouTube as well for suggestions. Note that they won't work all the time and if u r having a loosing streak better stop for few hours b4 trying again.
Also I have never seen EA team responding to gameplay complaints, so good luck with that ;)
