Banned NO REASON

I got banned for no reason, and I wasn't informed when the ban would be lifted. I bought a product in the store and couldn't use it. I then requested a refund, got my money back, and bought and used that product again, which got me banned once more. As if there weren't enough problems in the game already (connection issues) On top of that, we're getting banned from a game we spent money on. Great job, FC Mobile Team. 

I don't think I violated your community rules because I'm saying it loud and clear: the product I received was never used, it literally disappeared, and that's why I got banned. You're an excellent team.
