Contrary to popular belief (at least in this forum).
I like the new update, especially the gameplay. I can make passing combinations with the attack and it now takes a big amount of skill to defend and the gameplans give noticeable advantages and disadvantages.
However, speaking of skill, there are some things that are outside the skill set and should be improved.
Gameplans don't solve the back passing issue, on the contrary, it may encourage more people to back pass. If I score a goal, I can pass around the back so that the opponent uses the ultra attacking mentality that leaves huge gaps in defense, and I will be able to easily score and repeat the same cycle. You may say it's a tactic but the balance is too flawed that it not only gives the back passer enormous advantage, it can potentially make pvp H2H more toxic.
The nerfing in defending AI need to be accompanied with skill moves nerf, especially speedy ones like roulette and elastico. I can still see people do two chained elasticos or an elastico into a roulette or a fake shot. No amount of skill would be able to stop that if executed perfectly enough.
Again, the update is great, but please consider the gameplay holes.
