Critical Gameplay Bugs, OVR Inflation, and Lack of Meaningful Rewards

Dear FC Mobile Development Team,

As a long-term player, I am reporting several issues that are significantly degrading the quality of the game:

1. Match Engine & Gameplay Physics:

The in-game pitch physics feel completely broken. Players feel like they are 'sliding on ice' rather than running on grass. Additionally, the ball physics are inconsistent; the ball often bounces unnaturally or glides over the surface. We need a more grounded, realistic simulation of friction and player movement.

2. Technical Bugs (Match Start & UI):

Entering a match is often plagued by UI glitches and lag spikes. There are frequent synchronization errors and 'ghosting' effects where players become unresponsive during critical transitions. These technical flaws make competitive play feel like a matter of luck rather than skill.

3. OVR Inflation (TOTS Transition):

The sudden jump to 120 Max OVR with the TOTS event is excessive. While progression is expected, jumping by +3 OVR at once devalues previous high-tier cards too quickly. This 'power creep' forces players to discard their hard-earned teams just to stay competitive, which feels punishing rather than rewarding.

4. Lack of Competitive Rewards (Division Rivals):

Reaching the 30-Star (FC Champion) rank is a huge grind, yet the current reward—a simple kit/jersey—is extremely underwhelming. For such a high-level achievement, players deserve better rewards like high-value player packs, gems, or unique customization items that reflect the effort put into the game.

Please address these core gameplay and reward issues to improve the experience for the dedicated community.

  • Appreciate your effort for speaking out, but unfortunately the guys from ea may never make any changes for those clearly disgusting issues. They earn money from us but they dont respect the ones who feed them :)

  • Couldn’t agree more, especially about the mechanics. EA has invested far too much time and energy in new cards at the expense of making the actual matchplay consistently enjoyable. I like collecting player cards, but the whole point of the game is to be able to play FUN matches using those players. Outdated and inconsistent game mechanics devalue every aspect of the game and are the main reason I am F2P. It simply makes no sense to me to sink money into cards if I can’t consistently enjoy using them in fair, competitive matches. (It also makes no sense to sink my money into cards if them if they are almost immediately devalued).

If EA were to address these issues Inwould almost certainly be willing to spend $$$ on this game (as I have for years on the console version). But so long as the mechanics remain poor to (at best) mediocre the value proposition just isn’t good enough to part me from my hard-earned money..

Spot on! Especially point #4 about Division Rivals rewards. Grinding for a 30-star rank just to get a simple kit is a joke. We need better packs and rewards for our efforts. And the 'ice skating' feeling on the pitch needs an immediate fix.
