Ea !! I have to delete my 500 Dolars Worth account.

Let me tell you about the big problem and the end that happened to me. My EA Account and my mail account have been hacked. I quickly recovered my Mail account and Ea account. The game was played for a while. Then I changed the password of my Ea account and even the email address to a new email address. But I realized, Hacker could still get into the game. Then I told the technical support the problem they told me to change my password like a joke!! Then I wanted to test this problem myself. I had a time in the game on my phone. Then after I changed my password and email address, I realized that I was able to enter the game from the other phone even though I activated Device confirmation. So in short, if someone logs into your game for a while, changing email and password is useless!! I finally deleted my account, which was 110 Genes and 6 Billion Coins, because Hacker erased most players.

    Unfortunately,  mendozzamagic  while the player affected is still more than welcome to request a live chat and possibly secure their EA account and see what else EA advisors have to say,  I do know that EA advisors do not have any tools to assist with any missing FC mobile content that was lost due a hack.

That said, I am very sorry to hear that your account was compromised. :( 

  • Yes - recovering their account is different to getting all their players back if someone has sold them or used them as training fodder  - terms of service team should be able to assist them worth recovering their hacked and deleted account though, which is what they asked 👍

    You did not understand the problem. I got my email and EA account back and I changed everything. Even my email linked to the EA account. You can try too. Open your game with a second device. After connecting to the game with a second device, go to your EA account and change everything… EA ID, password, email. After changing everything, you will still access the game with your second device. I said that to support, but they did not understand. he sold my players , he bought players.  It is very dummy bug from ea. After chancepassword , should game ask again password and login details. 

  • If you followed the links and spoke to terms of service team they can lock out all devices that have had access to your account … but what you have done now is logged in via a second device with your authentic details (which is entirely acceptable) and then changed the details on one … if you now reported to terms of service team that your account has been hacked, they would lock out all devices with access and you would only be able to log back in with your new credentials.

    Terms of service team can’t undo a hack though - all they can do is secure your account for you - if they reinstated everything then players would de exactly as you have done and report being hacked every time they spent on a pack and didn’t get a top player 🫣

    My friend, I contacted support and explained what happened. Support only sent me a link to change my password. I asked them to disconnect my account from all devices, but they did not. Perhaps it's not possible, or the game advisor didn't know how. I tried to explain: if someone opens the game on a second device, after logging in once, the game will never ask for your email or password again. This is very bad. If a hacker connects to the game once, they can connect to your game until they delete the game from their phone.
