If you followed the links and spoke to terms of service team they can lock out all devices that have had access to your account … but what you have done now is logged in via a second device with your authentic details (which is entirely acceptable) and then changed the details on one … if you now reported to terms of service team that your account has been hacked, they would lock out all devices with access and you would only be able to log back in with your new credentials.
Terms of service team can’t undo a hack though - all they can do is secure your account for you - if they reinstated everything then players would de exactly as you have done and report being hacked every time they spent on a pack and didn’t get a top player 🫣
My friend, I contacted support and explained what happened. Support only sent me a link to change my password. I asked them to disconnect my account from all devices, but they did not. Perhaps it's not possible, or the game advisor didn't know how. I tried to explain: if someone opens the game on a second device, after logging in once, the game will never ask for your email or password again. This is very bad. If a hacker connects to the game once, they can connect to your game until they delete the game from their phone.
