EA, Fix the Goalkeepers in Your Broken Game

Dear EA Dev Team and Community Managers,

I am writing this not just as a player, but as a long-time member of this community who has reached a complete breaking point. We need to talk honestly about the goalkeeper situation, because it is no longer just a minor gameplay bug. It has officially turned the entire defensive experience of FC Mobile into a complete nightmare.

When we invest our hard earned coins, training points, and real time into securing top-tier, prime goalkeeper cards, we do it because we expect a certain level of security at the back. Instead, the current AI tuning makes the highest-rated keepers in the database perform exactly like base bronze players. There is absolutely no reward for playing manual defense anymore. You can position your center-backs perfectly, predict every opponent movement, and force a weak, low driven shot from a terrible angle, only to watch your elite goalkeeper completely freeze, glitch through the ball, or execute a delayed diving animation that makes no sense.

Even worse is the total loss of control we experience during counter attacks. Watching our goalkeeper sprint out of the penalty box entirely on his own without any user input is the most frustrating feeling in mobile gaming. It completely destroys the competitive integrity of Division Rivals and Head to Head. When you lose tournament rewards and leaderboard ranks not because you were outplayed, but because your goalkeeper decided to commit a brain dead AI error, the game stops being fun. It becomes a source of pure frustration.

We do not want to wait for a massive seasonal update or the next game cycle for this to be addressed. The community in this general discussion forum is united on this issue. We love this game, and that is exactly why we are demanding better. EA, please take responsibility for the current state of the gameplay. We need an immediate, dedicated emergency hotfix to restore realistic reflexes, stop the unauthorized auto rushing, and make goalkeeper attributes actually matter again.
