For years ea regulated the prices and players complained they wanted an open market - the market is now open (albeit with some upper and lower caps for OVR bands) and players complain that they want EA to regulate the market
in my opinion, best thing for the game would be to scrap the market completely, but that is not a particularly popular one
at OP, this is a basic demand vs supply that is actually quite common with highly demanded cards (for whatever reason).
@MM - shh... we need the market, keeps the game interesting, dump the rare non-icons cards with some value, while the gameplay is questionable. Also need them coins for the Icons I want :P
I do a lot of market play, and both market approaches have their pros and cons. If I were going to change anything, it would be to increase the inventory and number of concurrent orders, 25 is annoyingly low.
We do need more market stimulation though, like this Hazard/Chelsea/MVB/Bayern requirements.
