Error when purchasing packages

Hi, My username in FCmobile is GLINIK_FANS .I bought the Ho Chi Minh City Festival packs, 99 FIFA points offer, on November 6th at around 6:15 PM UK time. I had 1500 points before purchasing, I bought 4 packs for 99 FIFA points and I had 50 FIFA points left, so it took me over 1000 FIFA points.Thanks,Regards
