Extra time tokens - new exchange for 102+ ovr

With the number of 100plus ovr cards increasing so much, I don't think there is fair value for these in the exchange token system.  A 99ovr card earning the same as a 102 and 103 ovr player who is almost 3-10 times difficult to obtain based on probability of packs is ridiculous.  EA should look at improving the exchange system for extra time tokens introducing new ranges like 102-104 and 105+.
