How can we tell EA that we don't really care about these many events, we just want to play football, like the Premier League from start to finish, just like how they did the FIFA World Cup and UEFA tournaments. We just want to play football.
@pelicanos yeah - that was a good event - until you got nearer the end and had to win something like 20 in a row with varying near-impossible requirements to progress.
I think the reason they don’t have something like that now is more of a resourcing issue to set it all up rather than whether it makes money for them … but yes, in a business every decision intimately comes down to profit.licensing is also different now - without the exclusive FIFA arrangement there are sides and leagues that they have more limited scope than in the past 🫤
