FC Mobile needs to be fixed now

I wrote all this in the customer service option in the settings when I just had enough... Felt that these issues are quite big n common so I'm sharing that text of mine here to hope for some betterment in the game... :
I did reinstall the game, restart my phone, clear cache etc stuff but I'm still facing problems in H2H n mainly in the Premier League club challenge. Hero chronicles one was some glitch which I encountered a few times which is fixed now. And yeah after the recent update, all aspects of gameplay have gotten much worse from an attacking perspective, even simple passing is really bad so most players now do the cross spamming or heel to heel spam or the kick off glitch which is in the game from ages, so it's my request to return the gameplay that was before the recent update which just messes everything n yes only the skills needed to be nerfed n still many defenders just freeze/get stunned when someone does the lane change skill or fake shot. Ultimately most players find opening good packs n picks interesting only if everyone gets to pack good players and if some players are getting too good rewards in an event and some are getting fodders then this will ultimately cause more n more players to just quit playing. (Also there should be some feature like say I play in 4-2-4 formation and I don't have a RW or he's the lowest rated player in my team then the pack or pick should give me a good RW after few tries or maybe just let players decide that which position player do they need exactly on which you can put a condition like you can access this feature after opening 5 packs or 2 picks. Also pls get the prices of every player in the market fixed for every rank, in many old cards the higher ranks are much cheaper than the base rank which makes it hard selling a card or it gives too much loss + the 10% tax loss too so there are many things which need to be fixed in the game. (And most players including me stick to untradeable cards then only n we rarely use the market to buy any expensive player.) A new feature that can be added is that league members or friends or an exchange market feature be introduced where players can exchange the untradeable cards of any player they like, just like clubs transfer players or like in PokemonGo game. And if players can donate gems n coins to anyone they want to then that would be a great feature too, making the game much better for everyone + new friendships would be created like this. Also try keeping fewer skills games n matches in every mode n event but increase the difficulty a little bit otherwise everyone just keeps the AI matches on autoplay and this same routine gets really boring after a while, especially when there are no good rewards like in Icon chronicles...
The Scouting challenge event, Hero Chronicles is a nice recent addition btw and also the shard system but the amount of shards need to be fixed as well, like at least return 70% of the shards in which that player is available. Like Cruyff is available in 1000 shards n if someone doesn't want him then he should get at least 700 shards after exchanging Cruyff or the shard system loses it's value. Also after a while older events cards get nerfed or don't feel like before after a while except few meta players n the game gets too much scripted sometimes when someone hasn't lost a match in a long while in VSA or H2H modes, so there is a really long list of problems in this game which needs to be fixed if you guys really want more n more players to play this game otherwise negative reviews of current players just will make fifa a flop after a while when everyone will get frustrated seeing that there is no betterment... And if I've to mail this to someone senior at EA then I can do that too in case all these problems can't be fixed by telling you here... I expect few words n more actions now... And I've filled feedback forms a few times but it was too much time taking n I still haven't seen 10% betterment in the game after that so just note down what I've told n do actually reach out to the team responsible for this. Hoping to see my once favourite game get back better again... Thanks!
