Hi FC Mobile Team,The FC reset is something I (and many others) look forward to both in the mobile and console game every year. Apart from generating tons of interest and new users, it helps provide an often needed chance to reset the balance of the game, and is a time generally enjoyed by all users, new and old. The game is at a point where OVR no longer matters - making new events somewhat stale - and the number of useless player items in the game is quite frankly silly. There are now icons and heroes whose regular cards are still available, which completely defeats the whole idea.From my understanding, the team has decided not to reset for the second year running, much to the community’s disappointment. I’d love to ask what the thought process behind this decision was, and ask the team just to think once more about resetting. We (the community - or at least those I have spoken to) really wouldn’t care too much if the reset brought no new gameplay, but the content slate needs wiping clean desperately.I really have enjoyed this game in the past, and I am trying my hardest to at the moment, but it’s increasingly hard to enjoy and to spend time on the game.Yours sincerely,A concerned fan

The reset is a scam so that EA can make more money. How would the reset help us(f2p)? We now have decent squads with decent players on all positions. Imagine how long it will take us to rebuild the squad. P2P users will have an advantage because they will be able to rebuild the squad quicker. Not to mention that after the reset we will get an amount of resources (players, gems, etc) based on the values of our squads. Guess who will get the most resources? The reset will only make us not to be so angry when we loose. If you are a new starter now you can easily build a decent team with the 108 - 109 card from the 3k gem packs.

We really need the reset this season but EA will postpone the game reset until the end of the next season 25/26 (Maybe, not official).

My understanding is that there will be no reset this year. What makes a reset game fresh and interesting for you? I personally like that the amount of time (and little bit of money - i am a sucker for a star pass) that i have put into the game is not lost, and i don't feel that just because a reset will give me the same events, but lower ranked players, that i will get anything extra out of the game. That's just my opinion though ...

Yeah, I’m with you. A reset hurts more players than it helps. I just wish EA would spend some time and energy improving matchplay. They waste all their resources churning out new cards cuz that’s what keeps the P2Ps spending. Almost forgotten is making the actual football fun to play!

The players on the market come from p2w players. By the time they will start adding players on the market they would allready a difference of 2 or 3 ovr points. And what's wrong with having players from events and store packs. If you have a decent team from the captain event you can take three players to improve your squad. I think it's more than enough. If you also took three from the Ragnarok event you allready have half a team. I do think they should fix the market but by resetting the game is not the solution. It will give the false impression they fix it. The market is useless now because most of the cards are untradable and because the players we got are better than the one on the market. They should go back to the old format where all cards should be sellable which will offer more options ( by being able to use two medium player that we use as subs and the coins that we gather to buy a good card to use in the first team) and will also lower the prices due to the inflation of cards.

it's FC Mobile is soo amazing game due to their features and graphics we are too better.But the problem is about OVR is so crush. EA please reset OVR to 80-100 or 80-105 at least it will be good our game for now it's known for his better but in player card OVR is too shamed or funny also is like cartoon just imagine OVR of 110,111 🥹🥲 please EA_Vendcera please see this sometimes we afraid and shy to post our players card in social because OVR it's too Higher than reality please 🥺 reset it and design slowest OVR due to this it leads some players to leave the game and goes to efootball because it's not really to see player with OVR of 109,110,111 it's too shocked please EA_Vendcera please 🙏.

Yes, the high cost is due to the fact we don't have tradable card. The market is dead because of this and because people use the tradable cards in the shards or cards exchange so less cards get on the market. If we could sell all cards, without exception then there will be more cards on the market and the price will be lower. A reset won't bring more cards on the market because nobody will want to sell. Is a false ideea that the reset will revive the market.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the decision not to reset teams in the new season. I believe this is a bad idea because a full reset gives everyone a fresh start and makes the game exciting again. Without a reset, many players (including myself) will feel discouraged to join or return since they will be far behind existing players, which means fewer new and returning players overall. This also reduces the motivation to spend money on packs, passes, and events, as players know they cannot catch up. A fresh start usually creates hype on social media and keeps the community engaged, while no reset could lead to many players losing interest over time.
I really enjoy FC Mobile and want it to keep growing, so I hope you will reconsider this decision and bring back the team reset to keep the game fun and fair for everyone.

With the slow progression that the game has at the moment, I could start a team and be at a level where I could be completing everything in the events and reaching FC Champs in less than a month.

I get that you like the idea of the reset, there are many out there that agree with you … but, there are also many who do not, and make a lot of noise about the time and money they have spent being wasted.

it’s an interesting argument, but one that is (at least for this year) settled
