Right, so you need to remove the transaction ID and your UID from this post ASAP. This is for your own security, and do not ever post these details in the forums.
Then follow the process by raising a ticket with EA Helpdesk via in in-game menu and ensure that you state missing content/currently. The forums cannot help with such issues.
The problem is that I have already reported it in the game, and there has been no response for more than 48 hours. I also submitted it immediately to eahelp, but the consultants there cannot solve my problem, and the in-game service does nothing. I also have no other options.
You need to wait for them to action and if they dont raise a new ticket or reverse the cc charges, but my point remains forums cannot help nor it is safe for you to leave transaction or player ID details in the open for public to see...
