Feature Request: Allow Formation Changes During Matches

Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,

First of all, thank you for creating such a fantastic game. I've been playing FC Mobile for a long time, and I truly enjoy it. It's one of the best football games on mobile, and I appreciate the effort your team puts into improving it.

I would like to suggest a feature that I believe would make the game even better.

Please allow players to change formations during a match, just like in real football. For example, if I'm leading, I should be able to switch to a more defensive formation (such as 5-4-1). If I'm losing, I should be able to change to a more attacking formation (such as 4-2-4 or 3-4-3) without leaving the match.

This would make the gameplay more tactical, realistic, and enjoyable by allowing players to adapt their strategy based on the match situation.

I hope you consider adding this feature in a future update. Thank you for your amazing work and for listening to the community!
