Feedback Regarding Unfair Duplicate Rewards in Black Friday Packs

The five guaranteed Black Friday Elite players in this pack should be obtainable once per player, and should not be duplicated again. This would be more fair for players who spend money to support the game.

Here are my results after opening 150 Black Friday packs, including 4 guaranteed pulls. I still received a duplicate Eusebio, and I did not get Lothar Matthäus at all.

This feels very unfair, especially when some players can get Matthäus on their first try with only 100 FC or their first 3,000 Gems.

Please review and improve the design of future events. Situations like this can easily make paying players feel discouraged, and you may lose another supporter of the game.
