Community ManagerNice in theory, but Gauntlet functions as a “tax” on trading in older, otherwise “obsolete” cards. The Gauntlet rewards are essentially the same as what we used to get from playing a month’s worth of the weekly Ultimate Challenge (around 20k gems), but to win them we now have to keep a bunch of otherwise obsolete cards (that could have been converted into shards). So, the net effect is to make it harder to progress in the game! And we’re supposed to like this? What am I missing???
That we’re supposed to open the wallet more to buy gems.
nice try EA, but you’ll just lose players this way. Fix the game, and people will pay. The update has made the experience miserable. Gauntlet is just … meh!
