What improvement? Is the same trash. Through balls and passing in general was not improved, defending is still done by the AI with defenders charging or trying to tackle when the game doesn't require them to do, manual defending is broken, some teams seem overpowered, forming a block in defence while my defenders stay very high or don't return to defence, balls jumps inexplicable from my players to the opponents allowing them to score, my players don't press high on the pitch allowing the opponents to pass the ball in their own half.
The only thing solved is the kick off glitch and headers.

My defenders don't score, unlike the opposing defenders who seem to never miss a tackle. My attackers have trouble keeping the ball at their feet, either dribbling unnecessarily or always running in the wrong direction. I haven't seen any real change in gameplay. The same “privilege” continues for some users.

Yup. EA seems intent on shuffling around the deck chairs on the Titanic instead of fixing a fundamentally flawed game engine. We can see what the underlying coding/logic is by watching a Manager Mode simulation—and it looks pretty ridiculous. But it’s all made 5x worse by the persistent lag in H2H matchplay—and this imminently fixable if only EA would stop trying to match users sitting half a world away from one another. No, they’d rather do the superficial stuff, claim they’ve “listened” to us, and continue running FC Mobile like a football-themed slot machine. What happened to “if it’s in the game, it’s in the game,” EA?
