You just keep asking for feedback.. but when we ask queries rarely reply back. The help text on the game sections won't even get updated or leaves lot of gaps unexplained. I have been asking about how league tokens system works for a year now especially around when the member count is calculated.. neither in game help answers nor the community here.
I wholeheartedly agree. If EA is going to ask for feedback then it needs to commit the time/resources to actually reply/acknowledge what we have said.
Time is any person’s most precious resource, and when we take the time to post feedback or ask a question (particularly when EA has prompted us to do so) it comes across as highly disrespectful when EA fails to acknowledge or reply.
That is why it’s essential that EA respond in the next day or so to acknowledge the feedback we’ve been providing. It’s been a week now and there has been a lot of constructive and fairly consistent feedback on what is and isn’t working. Some of the issues identified (like increased lag across all game modes) are dramatically (and negatively) impacting gameplay and deserve immediate action. Others may take longer (or may not be feasible), but the community deserves acknowledgement and a response indicating that we haven’t just been wasting our time and our “breath” in here.

For feedback to be meaningful, it must be a two-way exchange between developers and the actual representatives of the player base — not just whales and content creators. EA should also consider input from players who can constructively and calmly articulate in-game issues, verify fixes, and even assist with alpha testing (the control of EA IP can be addressed through an NDA, etc.).
Right now, despite all the noise, ranting, and venting, there’s still a lot of solid feedback being shared here, on Reddit and on Discord. The problem is, without a proper feedback loop with visible log/notes/minutes of the progress, it feels like a one-way conversation where everything players report is either ignored or disappears into thin air. That’s the growing perception, especially since the only noticeable enhancements so far have been cosmetic. Most core gameplay issues remain unresolved, and as it stands, the big update has actually taken the game a step backward rather than delivering any meaningful improvements. As I said, "the eye candy won't fix broken gameplay" and the amount of ranting and venting has significantly increased across all socials atm.

100%. Could not agree more.
Some venting/rage is misplaced, but some is born of a legitimate and mounting frustration with EA’s perceived inaction/unresponsiveness. Honest and frank two-way communication is the best way to maintain trust and nurture good faith with the user community, both ensuring the product delivers value to customers and profits to EA.

That’s why I take the devil’s advocate role here. I’ll call out the issues as they happen, keeping emotion and bias out of it as much as possible. But I’ll also push back when posts are just ranting without offering anything constructive. Right now, the issues have made the game feel like it’s in bare-minimum auto-play mode just to slowly farm shards for 113s. Beyond that, it’s frustrating and not enjoyable in any meaningful way. PVP is unplayable, and PVE is barely playable.
As for Manager Mode, I only let it run so our LVL league gets the activity points. Otherwise, I wouldn’t bother launching it. In my opinion, it’s a pointless mode, and EA should have been putting the manhours to work on the core issues instead, but here we are, so now it's just launch MM, leave it alone, it'll reach the championship sooner or later, regardless of what tactics you use for some free resources, lol.
