Flashboxs return

Hello,

I wanted the Portugal Flashbox CR7 120 (I only needed 9k FP left) I new the box was here for a limited periode of time. Now the thing is, I have seen the Brazil Flashback box come out again few days after it got removed and stayed for a week again, now my question is, will Portugal Box ever come back, if no, why did the Brazialian one did?

Also, if the Box return just to confirm: I will to buy everything again right?
