Game not opening

I just installed FC Mobile from the Google Play Store on my phone (Tecno Spark 30C, Android 14, 4GB RAM + 4GB virtual RAM, Helio G81, Mali-G52 GPU).

When I launch the game, it does not crash, but it only shows a grey error/debug message screen. When I press OK, the same message appears again, and the game never continues past this point.

I have already tried:

Clearing cache/data

Reinstalling the game

The issue still happens. Could you please confirm if FC Mobile is currently compatible with the Tecno Spark 30C, or if there is a fix/patch comin
