Glorious Eras Icon Selection Reward

I had an issue with Glorious Eras Icon Selection, I finished all chapters matches, 7 matches for each chapter of four, and unfortunately the reward didn't become active, that I can earn it, I this happened at 17th of December, I immediately wrote about that to customer service, but untill now, I didn't get my issue resolve....
